Ø The scope of the journal includes, but is not limited to, the following areas:
Ø Classical Islamic Thought: Providing critical analysis and interpretations of classical Islamic texts, philosophies, jurisprudence, and traditions, while maintaining adherence to authentic principles.
Ø Contemporary Islamic Issues: Exploring modern challenges facing the Muslim world, including socio-political, economic, and cultural aspects, and offering solutions rooted in Islamic teachings.
Ø Interdisciplinary Approaches: Encouraging research that spans across disciplines such as Quranic and Hadith sciences, Fiqh, Seerah, Tasawwuf, comparative religion, philosophy, theology, law, history, economics, sociology, political science, anthropology, cultural studies psychology, medicine, management, food science, information technology and other relevant disciplines. PJIS aims to foster transdisciplinary perspectives that connect Islamic studies with other fields of knowledge.
