Abstract
The biographers of the Seerah have, in every age and era, endeavored to highlight, elucidate, and make manifest all aspects of the life of the Holy Prophet ﷺ in accordance with their knowledge and intellectual capacity. No aspect or dimension of his personal and collective life has remained concealed. From morals and personal conduct to the organization of the state, military expeditions, family life, and international relations, his methodology and approach have been carefully studied and examined, and efforts have been made to derive guiding principles and regulations for human life from them. Although every aspect of the Seerah has always held great importance for the Muslim Ummah in every age and era, yet in view of the changing circumstances of the times, it becomes more necessary to re-emphasize and highlight certain dimensions afresh. In the present era, it appears extremely necessary to benefit from the Seerah of the Prophet Muhammad ﷺ in order to address the growing psychological problems among Youth. Youth is a decisive, highly delicate, and sensitive phase of human life. During this period, and individual undergoes mental, physical, and emotional changes, which give rise to issues such as feelings of inferiority, anxiety, fear, anger, hopelessness, identity crisis, and uncertainty about the future. If these issues are not addressed through proper guidance and timely solutions, young people may fall victim to moral deviation, intellectual confusion, and psychological stress. The Seerah of the messenger of Allah provides a balanced, comprehensive, and nature-congruent guidance for addressing the psychological issues faced by youth. He not only understood the natural needs, emotions, and mental states of young people, but also dealt them with compassion, trust and respect. His educational and reformative approach was not based on humiliation, coercion or harshness rather it was founded upon love, wisdom and meaningful dialogue.
