Abstract
L'action du cuivre sur les grappes de Vitis vinifera, traitées par immersion dans la bouillie bordelaise, est envisagée en faisant appel à l'histologie et à la biochimie végétales.
Les baies ont été très peu affectées par les traitements pratiqués tout au long du cycle végétatif, de la floraison aux vendanges. Les faits essentiels à retenir sont une accumulation du cuivre dans les pépins et un meilleur état de conservation de la cuticule à l'époque des vendanges.

Copper influence on grape branches of Vitis vinifera immersed in Bordeaux mixture is considered from the point of view of histology and vegetative biochemistry.
The grapes were marginally affected by numerous treatments during the vegetative cycle from flowering to harvest. It is important to note an accumulation of cooper in the seeds and a better conservation it the cuticle at harvest.
