Scope of Submission We particularly welcome submissions on the following topics (including but not limited to): New knowledge on the prevention, management, and rehabilitation of common and chronic diseases Scientific evidence and practice of healthy lifestyles (dietary nutrition, scientific exercise, sleep management, psychological adjustment) Interpretation of public health hotspots and group health protection strategies Health promotion for maternal and child health, the elderly, and special populations Public interpretation of medical frontier advancements (e.g., precision medicine, digital health) Mental health promotion and emotional management science Pathways to improve health information discernment and health literacy Integration and practice of traditional medicine and modern health management 4. Submission Guidelines The journal invites original manuscripts related to health science popularization, including reviews, interpretations, commentaries, practice guidelines, and case studies.
