Mission and Scope The Fari Journal of Social Sciences and Law is committed to providing a platform for researchers, practitioners, and scholars to contribute meaningful research on contemporary social, political, legal, and economic issues. The journal seeks to: Promote interdisciplinary research that bridges the gap between law, policy, and social sciences. Address key issues related to justice, human rights, governance, public policy, and socio-economic development. Highlight the impact of legal frameworks on social systems, and examine the role of law in shaping societal structures. Encourage discussions on legal reforms, social change, and the evolving challenges faced by modern societies in various regions. Themes Covered The journal publishes articles that span a wide range of topics in the fields of social sciences and law, including, but not limited to: Law and Governance: Legal structures, institutions, and their role in governance and public policy. Human Rights and Social Justice: Issues surrounding the protection of fundamental rights, equality, and the fight against discrimination. Criminal Justice and Law Enforcement: Analysis of criminal laws, law enforcement strategies, and the justice system. International Law: Global legal issues such as international treaties, conflicts, human rights law, and transnational law.
