Abstract
Assessment of the social sciences university students (female) physical capacity assessment depending on the chosen form of physical activity. Revealed that physical activity within the subject "Physical training" allows students (female) to achieve a number of indicators average or above average for the citizens of the republic level of physical fitness. In experiment took part 258 students.
