Abstract
El estudio trata de la historia de la creación y desarrollo del programa de postgrado de la Escuela de Enfermería de la Universidad de São Paulo y la participación de las primeras asesoras, desde la instalación dl Programa de maestría en 1973. Las fuentes de investigación fueron los documentos y registros existentes en la secretaría del Postgrado, publicaciones, además de la memoria viva de algunos docentes. Son presentadas las transformaciones ocurridas como la creación de los cursos de doctorado, el aumento de las áreas de concentración y la expansión hacia otras instituciones fuera del Estado de São Paulo y la identificación nominal de las doctoras pioneras y las que éstas formaron, dando origen a la segunda generación de doctores que, a su vez, formaron magísteres y doctores de la tercera generación y así sucesivamente, constituyéndose en un verdadero árbol genealógico de maestros y doctores.
It reports the history of creation and development of the graduate program at this School, as well as participation the first group of advisers, since the creation of the masters´course in 1973. Research sources were documents and data registration at the Graduate Program´s secretariat, publications, and also the living memory of some faculty members. Evolutions occurred with the creation of the doctoral program, the increasing of the study fields and its expansion to other institutions outside of the São Paulo State are presented as well as the identification of the nurse-pioneers doctors who they formed giving origin to the second generation of doctors in nursing, who in their turn formed other masters and doctors of the third generation, and so successively, conforming a true genealogical tree of masters and doctors.
