Abstract
Certains systèmes de conduite de la vigne peuvent aboutir, sur des sols riches, à des rendements considérables mais à des vins de faible qualité. Les auteurs étudient, pour le vignoble chilien, quelques pratiques culturales pouvant améliorer la qualité. L'effeuillage et la diminution de la fumure azotée sont les principaux facteurs augmentant la qualité. +++ Some of grape vine training systems, upon fertile soils, can induce an important crop yield which lead to wines of low level quality. In that work, some farming methods to increase this quality are studied. The thining out of leaves and the decrease of nitrogen fertilization are the main factors which allow to obtain an increase of wine quality.
