Resumen CRD
La revisión concluyó que las dietas bajas en carbohidratos, de bajo índice glucémico, mediterránea y alta en proteínas eran efectivas en la mejora de varios marcadores de riesgo de enfermedad cardiovascular en personas con diabetes. En vista de la posibilidad de sesgo en el proceso de revisión sistemática y en los estudios incluidos, junto con la alta heterogeneidad entre los estudios, estas conclusiones pueden no ser fiables.
