Abstract
Este artigo é resultante de pesquisa desenvolvida que objetivou compreender como ocorre a construção da identidade do professor do ensino superior durante a sua trajetória e desenvolvimento profissional e como isso pode influenciar nas ações pedagógicas desenvolvidas para a formação de professores. Dessa forma, a esta construção emerge da confluência de reflexões a partir de um campo teórico aliadas à pesquisa de campo com três docentes do ensino superior que utilizou como instrumentos para a coleta das informações: entrevista semi-estruturada, observação participante e análise documental, analisados por meio da técnica da triangulação das informações. Os achados assinalam que o percurso formativo influencia de distintas maneiras as ações pedagógicas dos professores, dependendo da perspectiva que cada um constrói com relação a sua atuação e desenvolvimento profissional. Concluímos que a docência no ensino superior necessita de um projeto formativo e de desenvolvimento profissional coletivo. Apontamos como caminho a ser trilhado a orientação através da racionalidade comunicativa.
This article is the result of research carried out that aimed to understand how is the construction of the identity of the teacher in higher education during his career and professional development and how it may influence the pedagogical actions developed for teacher training. This construction emerges from the confluence of ideas from a field theory combined with field research with three teachers in higher education that has used as instruments for data collection: semi-structured interviews, participant observation and document analysis, analyzed using the technique of triangulation of information. The findings indicate that the training path influences in different ways the teachers' actions, depending on the perspective that each building with respect to its performance and professional development. We conclude that teaching in higher education needs of a project training and professional development group. We point out the way to go through the orientation of communicative rationality
