Abstract
Bu araştırmada iki ve üç boyutlu çelik çerçevelerin analizi ve boyutlandırılması için otomatik ve ekonomik dizayn prosedürüne sahip bir bilgisayar programı sunulmuştur. Burada, uygulanan yükler üç düşey yük durumu, iki statik yanal yük durumu, ve iki bağımsız davranış spektrumunun doğrusal kombinasyonları olarak düzenlenebilir. Program P-delta tesirlerini göz önünde tutma, kuvvetli kolon-zayıf kiriş stratejisini kullanma ve kat drift (yanal ötelenme) kriterini sağlama kabiliyetine sahiptir.
