Abstract
İlk arabanın icat edildiği gün uçan bir otomobil hayal etmek bize oldukça gülünç gelebilirdi. Fakat ilk arabanın icadından yaklaşık sadece 130 yıl sonra drone taksilerden, otonom arabalardan bahsediyoruz. Üstelik sahibi olduğumuz bilgi birikimi ile bu gelişmeleri yadırgamadan kabul ediyor ve kendi büyüme hızını dahi baş döndürücü bir şekilde geliştiren teknolojiye uyum sağlayarak yaşıyoruz. Dahası sahibi olduğumuz bu muazzam bilim ve teknik henüz emekleme evresinde ve biz teknolojinin neolitik çağında yaşıyoruz. 
No dia em que o primeiro automóvel foi inventado, conceber um carro voador poderia nos parecer deveras risível. Contudo, apenas cerca de 130 anos após essa invenção, já nos referimos a táxis-drone e veículos autônomos. Ademais, com o acervo de conhecimento que possuímos, assimilamos esses avanços sem estranhamento e vivemos adaptando-nos a uma tecnologia que acelera o seu próprio ritmo de crescimento de forma vertiginosa. Mais ainda, esta formidável ciência e técnica de que dispomos encontra-se ainda em estágio incipiente, e vivemos na era neolítica da tecnologia.
