Abstract
Faset Sendromu, faset eklemin disfonksiyonudur ve tüm segment ile ilişkili semptomlar bütünü ile karşımıza çıkabilir. Radyografik yöntemlerde spesifik tanı bulgusu olmadığı için anamnez, fizik muayene ve vejetatif sistem bağlantılarını değerlendirebilmek gerekir. Vaka serisinde ele alınan her vaka vejetatif sinir sistemi bağlantıları ile değerlendirilip, ilgili segmentin tedavisi ile kısa sürede çözümlenmiştir. Nöralterapi akut ya da kronik faset sendromunun tanı ve tedavisinde hızlı, güvenli, ekonomik ve pratik bir tedavi yöntemidir.
