Kütüphaneciler Derneği ve Türkiye Yayıncılar Birliği öncülüğünde okul müdürleri, yazar, çizer, drama liderleri, kütüphaneciler ve öğretmenlerin gözetiminde çocuklara dağıtılmıştır.
