Abstract
Using high-plex serum proteomics, we identified stage-dependent protein signatures across patch, plaque, and tumor stages of mycosis fungoides, with ADAM22 and LRRN1 showing consistent downregulation throughout disease progression. Within the plaque stage, serum proteomic profiles robustly distinguished progressive from indolent disease, with interleukin-32 and PARP1 emerging as the top discriminating biomarkers. An 11-protein predictive panel achieved an area under the curve of 0.952, supporting the feasibility of non-invasive blood-based risk stratification in plaque-stage mycosis fungoides.
