Abstract
An international, multistakeholder modified Delphi process was used to establish core outcome domain items for pyoderma gangrenosum clinical trials. Following three survey rounds and consensus meetings, 11 items reached final ratification, providing a standardized, patient-centered framework for outcome assessment and improved comparability across future trials.
