Abstract
This is with reference to our article titled The relation of galaxies and dark matter haloes to the filamentary cosmic web (Navdha, P. Busch & S. D. M. White 2025). An error was identified in the bottom right panel of its fig. 2, where the curve intended to represent the fraction of all galaxies (i.e. both centrals and satellites) in the cosmic web as a function of stellar mass was inadvertently published as identical to the curve for central galaxies (solid line in the middle right panel of fig. 2 in the original paper). Therefore, the bottom right panel, given in our original paper as Fig. 1, should be replaced with Fig. 2. The bottom right panel of fig. 2 in the original paper (Navdha et al. 2025), showing the variation in web fraction of central galaxies with stellar mass. Updated figure showing web fraction curve for all galaxies as a function of their stellar mass. The discussion in the caption accompanying fig. 2 of Navdha et al. (2025) as well as the results reported in the original manuscript are based on the replacement figure provided above. Therefore, the conclusions of our work remain unchanged.
