Abstract
A 59-year-old man presented with waxy papulonodules and plaques involving his face and oral cavity, accompanied by characteristic periorbital purpura and marked macroglossia. Skin biopsy confirmed Congo red-positive amyloid deposition, and further investigations established immunoglobulin light-chain amyloidosis associated with λ light-chain multiple myeloma. This case highlights the importance of recognizing characteristic mucocutaneous manifestations as a key clue to an underlying plasma cell dyscrasia.
