Abstract
Abstract Topic Esophageal Cancer: Surgical Treatment of Esophageal Cancer – technique Video Description Chyle duct injury is a known complication post surgery for esophageal cancer and may have devastating outcomes for the patient. The best management of chyle leak is prevention, with visual aids like ICG now available for the esophageal surgeon. Managing a chyle leak post esophagectomy traditionally involves re-ligation of the duct. In this video, we present our experience with using interventional radiology techniques to manage these leaks in a less morbid and more successful manner.
