Abstract
We report an 18-year-old male with a 20 cm angiokeratoma circumscriptum naeviforme, the largest case on record among fewer than 50 reported worldwide. As standard treatments proved insufficient, topical sirolimus was initiated, highlighting mTOR inhibition as a potential therapeutic avenue for this exceptionally rare vascular anomaly.
