Abstract
Abstract This chapter concludes the program by guiding the provider and the young autistic adult (YAA) to reflect on progress and plan future steps. It reviews the essential skills learned throughout the modules and highlights the significance of recognizing personal growth. The chapter encourages the YAA to identify at least one meaningful positive change and set a longer-term goal to sustain and build upon their progress. It emphasizes that the program’s conclusion marks a new phase of increased self-determination and independence rather than an endpoint. Finally, the chapter reinforces the importance of strategic planning and self-directed action to maintain momentum and achieve continued personal development.
