Abstract
Guselkumab demonstrated marked real-world effectiveness in improving clinical, psychosocial, and sexual outcomes among patients with moderate-to-severe plaque psoriasis, including those with genital involvement. In the multicentre CASSIOPEE study, over 90% of patients with genital psoriasis achieved skin clearance at six months, accompanied by substantial gains in quality of life and sexual well-being. These findings highlight the broad patient-reported benefits of guselkumab beyond skin symptoms.
