Abstract
Abstract The Law & Management approach aims to fill this gap and to highlight the contribution of law and lawyers to the ability of companies, and more generally organizations, to achieve their objectives. The Law & Management approach studies the impact of the use of internal and external legal resources on the performance of companies and organizations. The common point of the different works that can be considered as belonging to this approach is that they all contribute to explaining why, when two companies are confronted with the same legal environment, one will manage to take advantage of it and the other one will not. Law & Management is thus an original body of analysis insofar as it elaborates on the driving forces behind the performance of organizations by emphasizing the contribution of legal activity.
