Abstract
This report describes a 12-year-old boy with near–early T-cell precursor acute lymphoblastic leukemia who developed diffuse transverse leukonychia involving all fingernails after intensive chemotherapy and peripheral blood stem cell transplantation. The clinical presentation was consistent with Mee’s lines, representing transient nail matrix injury related to systemic stress and cytotoxic therapy.
