Abstract
We report a patient with high-risk, treatment-refractory mucous membrane pemphigoid who achieved sustained clinical remission following B-lymphocyte stimulator (BLyS)/a proliferation-inducing ligand (APRIL) inhibition with telitacicept, supported by longitudinal disease activity assessment and immunological monitoring. To our knowledge, this represents the first reported use of telitacicept in mucous membrane pemphigoid in the English-language literature, suggesting a potential therapeutic role for BLyS/APRIL pathway inhibition in refractory high-risk MMP cases.
