Abstract
We developed a measles transmission model for K-12 public schools in Texas at the school-district-level. We found that, between 2025 and 2030, districts in West Texas are most at risk for measles outbreaks, while districts in large metropolitan areas would likely see the largest number of cases in an outbreak.
