Abstract
In this chapter, the voxel dosimetry code developed to build VRAK (Voxel Registration and Kinetics) platform is presented. The code implements in the 3D image space an automated tool with the only manual measurements, delineation of organ and target VOIs, are traceable to trained clinicians.
