Abstract
In this chapter, RAPID, which stands for Radiopharmaceutical Assessment Platform for Internal Dosimetry is introduced. The essential parts of the framework include: imaging acquisition and import, image pre-processing, manual region of interest (ROI) contouring, ROI-based registration, Monte Carlo radiation transport, voxel-level absorbed dose rate (ADR) integration, radiobiological modelling, and dose statistics export.
