Abstract
In this chapter, the three-Dimensional Radiobiological Dosimetry (3D-RD) software package, which combines both absorbed fraction and Monte Carlo-based dosimetry and also incorporates bio-effect modeling, including calculation of biological effective dose, equivalent uniform dose and sub-organ modelling is described. This package evolved from the 3D-ID software, which was one of the first platforms for personalized dosimetry.
