Abstract
This chapter briefly reviews the popular OLINDA/EXM2.0 software package that has been developed for carrying out radionuclide dosimetry in diagnostic and therapeutic nuclear medicine. This package is commercially available with the aim to facilitate the implementation of the MIRD schema while also allowing for realistic calculations that make it possible to incorporate simple tumour geometries within the MIRD formalism.
