Abstract
Formulates a series of general rules concerning the size and shape distribution of zircons in sedimentary rocks, and cites the results of studies on the zircon component of Kalahari sands of Bechuanaland, arenites of the Cape system (South Africa), and Permian sediments of the southwestern United States.
