Abstract
This article explores the social impact of Friday sermons within the context of Pakistani society. The sermon, delivered every week, is a significant form of social communication and engagement for the Muslim community. By analyzing the content, delivery, and societal reception of these sermons, the study highlights their influence on social behaviors, cultural norms, and community cohesion. Using a combination of qualitative methods including interviews with religious leaders and participants, as well as content analysis of sermon topics, the article evaluates how Friday sermons contribute to social change, address contemporary issues, and reinforce cultural values. The findings suggest that the Friday sermon plays an essential role in shaping moral frameworks, guiding social interactions, and promoting religious values within the Pakistani context.
