Abstract
The research paper sought to throw light on the significance of organizational development as an approach to achieve corporate excellence. Besides, organizational learning, behavioral training and human resource development (HRD) have been viewed as the determinants of organizational development. Regarding the interventions in organizational development, training is an effective source which is practically used in many world corporations. In Pakistan’s corporate industry law excellence and organizations development depend on employees’ recruitment and training which can improve human resource development and behavioral training. In conclusion, optimal   development of the organization can be possible through corporate law excellence, and it can improve employee’s performance with the help of behavioral training and development as well.
