Abstract
Having believed that the development of the educational process is closely related to the educational supervisor, the present search aims at identifying the ethics of the educational supervisor profession in Sana'a Governorate in the Republic of Yemen.
To achieve this goal, a questionnaire was prepared for a sample of educational supervisors in Sana'a Governorate, with a total number of (85) educational supervisors. The questionnaire validity and reliability were examined scientifically.
The most important findings of the search are the following:
-‘Good Example’ axis is ranked first on average (4.55), the axis; Cooperation, ranked second with an average (4.24), and the axis; Loyalty, ranked in the third place with an average (4.22).
-The axis of the Opinions of the Educational Supervisors to Develop the Ethics of the Profession ranked in the second place with an average (4.43).
-There are statistically significant differences in favour of the longest period of years of service in the axis of cooperation, and there are no statistically significant differences in the rest of the study areas for all variables (Age, Salary, and Years of Service).
The search concludes with practical recommendations, the most important ones are the following:
-Holding specialized training courses on the ethics of educational supervisors.
-Adoption of special meetings to promote the ethics of the educational supervision profession continuously.
-Preparing awareness programs on the importance of adhering to the ethics of the educational supervisor’s profession.
