Abstract
The study aimed to know the contribution of electronic administration through the use of digital information and data instead of paper in improving public administration and enhancing administrative transparency and speed of completing transactions. A questionnaire was distributed to the study sample, which numbered 100 employees at Sana’a University, and the recovered ones were valid for examination and analysis using the statistical package program 26 SPSS v. 85 questionnaires. After analyzing and collecting data, the study concluded that electronic administration has a good contribution to the speed of completing transactions and administrative transparency in traditional administration at Sana’a University.
