Abstract
A síndrome de Déjérine-Roussy apesar de ter sido descrita desde 1900 esteve durante muitos anos longe da atenção dos neurologistas. Os autores apresentam um caso típico com lesões isquêmicas talâmica e do córtex calcarino oposto dando ênfase ao estudo por tomografia axial computadorizada bem como ao uso de novas drogas à base de vasodilatadores, anti-agregantes plaquetários e tiapride.
