Abstract
É apresentado o caso de uma doente de 50 anos com diagnóstico concomitante de esclerose sistémica e neoplasia da mama em estádio precoce. Em exames complementares são detetadas lesões ósseas no esqueleto axial. Surge a
dúvida diagnóstica de qual a doença primária que está na base destas alterações. Conclui-se tratar-se de envolvimento ósseo da esclerose sistémica que, apesar de raro na localização onde surgiu, se encontra descrito na literatura.
