Abstract
Küreselleşen dünyada bilgi çok büyük önem kazanmıştır. Türkiye'de bilgi hizmetleri ve içerik yayımında, güncel teknoloji ve uygulamalarla, geleneksel kurum ve uygulamalar yan yana yürütülmektedir. Bu bilgi iletişim işinin gereğince yapılmadığı anlamına gelmektedir. Bu raporda, ülkemizdeki bilgi hizmetlerinin bugünkü durumu ve yapılması gerekli olanlar açıklanmıştır.
