Abstract
resumo A proposta deste texto é mostrar a mudança na dinâmica do mercado de trabalho brasileiro no primeiro semestre de 2015, com aumento do desemprego, informalidade, precarização das condições de trabalho e queda da renda, movimentos opostos aos observados na última década. Também indica políticas e medidas a serem tomadas visando reverter esse quadro, considerando a necessidade de articular uma trajetória de transição para o crescimento econômico, orientada pelo fortalecimento do mercado interno de consumo, pelo investimento e incremento e partilha da produtividade.
