Abstract
Bu araştırmada Çoruh vadisinde doğal olarak yetişen bazı yabani meyve türlerinde önemli bileşim öğeleri belirlenmeye çalışılmıştır. Çalışmada materyal olarak alıç (Crateagus oxyacantha), kızamık (Berberis vulgaris), kuş iğdesi (Hippophae rhamnoides L.) üvez (Sorbus aucuparia L.) ve yabani çilek (Fragaria vesca L.) meyveleri kullanılmıştır. Çalışmada adı geçen meyve türlerinin kimyasal bileşimleri (su, protein, kül, toplam kuru madde, suda çözünebilir kuru madde, toplam şeker, indirgen şeker, vitamin C, toplam asit, pH) ve mineral madde içerikleri (P, K, Ca, Na, Mg, Fe, Cu, Zn, Mn) incelenmiştir. Araştırma sonuçlarına göre, incelenen yabani meyve türlerinin besin maddesi içeriği bakımından oldukça zengin oldukları ve bu meyve türlerinin kültüre alınmasının yararlı olacağı kanaatine varılmıştır.
