Abstract
This article presents an analysis of the situation that Technical and Professional Education teachers have in their scientific, technical and technological up-grading, and the main difficulties in these areas; and it is also presented a proposal for the organization, developm ent and control of the rotation of the teachers in the different labor entities, as an important way to solve the problems that professors of this education possess have.
