In detail anamnesis is studied 135 sportsmen of playing types of sport with pathology of medial meniscus. The detailed analysis is conducted, got as a result of clinical researches of information, on the basis of study of anamnesis, examination, questioning and questionnaire of trauma sportsmen. It is set that a damage of medial meniscus of knee-joint is one of leading nosology units of sporting traumatology and more frequent than all meets for the sportsmen of playing types of sport, in most cases carrying an uncontact mechanism. In addition, frequency of damages of medial meniscus of sportsmen in the different playing types of sport straight depends on the level of their qualification, age, select type of sport and in a greater degree inherent men.
