Abstract
Article is devoted to the problem of multicultural education in pre-school educational establishments in Simferopol, tried to make sense of the possibilities of educational tourism in shaping the multicultural competency of teachers. Analyzing the legal and regulatory framework, scientific-methodical, ethnography, supporting literature, Internet resources, the author shows the importance of multicultural education pupils, teachers, specialists of preschool institutions of the capital of Crimea, proves the importance and relevance of educational tourism Crimea-based teachers in enhancing their pedagogical culture, skills.
