Abstract
Nossos resultados sugerem que as alterações mitocondriais fazem parte do mecanismo de lesão isquémica.
Glycogen levels are measured in order to further understand the role of Cadependent increased sensibility of mitochondria from ischemic heart. Changes in mitochondrial function that include loss of phosphorylative activity quickly increase glycogenosis. Our results suggest that mitochondrial changes are related to the ischemic damage.
