Abstract
El presente artículo analiza el alcance de la reforma de la Ley Orgánica 1/2014, de 13 de marzo, de modificación de la Ley Orgánica 6/1985, de 1 de julio, del Poder Judicial, relativa a la justicia universal en España. Para ello, se aborda el fundamento del principio de justicia universal y su evolución legislativa en este país. Más adelante, se examina el contenido y los límites positivos y negativos jurisdiccionales, que conlleva la entrada en vigor de esta Ley. Por último, se estudia su posible inconstitucionalidad.
