Abstract
Bu derlemede, bazı kimyasal bileşikler kullanılarak kanatlı karkaslarının yüzey dekontaminasyonu incelendi. Kimyasal dekontaminasyon büyük ölçüde patojenlerin gelişimini kontrol eder kısmen de bozucu organizmaların gelişimini azaltır. Sonuç olarak kanatlı etinden kaynaklanan gıda kaynaklı hastalıklar bu yolla azaltılabilir.
