Abstract
There were determined the genotype distribution frequency of interleukin-1β gene gene in promotor region -511C/T. It was defined that interleukin-1β-511*C allele and interleukin-1β-511С/C genotype increase the risk of duodenal ulcer in children, associated with Helicobacter pylori, and interleukin-1β-511*T allele and interleukin-1β-511С/Т genotype reduces the probability of formation of the disease.
