Abstract
A presente pesquisa teve por objetivo identificar as motivações e saber por que as mulheres retornam à escola. Levantaram-se quais são suas motivações e o que buscam na Educação de Jovens e Adultos (EJA), destacando pontuar as dificuldades encontradas por elas neste processo de retorno. A pesquisa ocorreu no ano de 2015, na Escola Professor Jurandir Liberino de Mesquita, localizada na cidade de Sinos, Mato Grosso O presente estudo trata-se de uma pesquisa qualitativa com enfoque etnográfico, de cunho social. Pode-se concluir que as mulheres retornam a escola porque tem objetivos que só podem ser alcançados através da educação.
