Abstract
Last decades, scientific and technological productions have modified the man and the environment where they live. The social, politics and ethics implications of these advances which affect society were worked along with secondary school students, in Biology classes, inserted in this context. This research is meant to graduated teachers and the mechanismsof knowledge productions from students. The data was collected through multiple procedures used as investigative strategy that allows the understanding of student¿s ideas and their behavior, their values and beliefs. For the graduated teachers, the pedagogical practice analysis had shown the importance of this investigation as an alternative to work in a reflexive way, improving the quality to work in a reflexive way, improving the quality of the classes to graduated, critical, participative and active students; capable to take well thought discussions in their own personal and professional life.
