Abstract
Se efectuaron 20 aislamientos nativos rizobianos de Acacia decurrens (DQ6-01 a DQ6-29) y 15 aislamientos de Retamo (Teline monspesulana), (DQ7-01 a DQ7-15) y se compararon culturalmente con cepas extranjeras. La mayoría de ellos presentaron crecimiento lento en medio LMA (5-13 días) y reacción alcalina. Solo el aislamiento nativo DQ6-29 y las cepas NifTAL 1881, 1450, 940, 1388 y USDA 3840, 3841, 3003, 3476 presentaron reacción acida.
